Tai Chi Chi Kung




This class is a combination of Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and Meditation.

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art taught for health. We teach Yang style, 24 postures. These postures are performed with slow, relaxed, concentrated movement that works to integrate mind and body.

Chi Kung is the cultivation of energy. The forms used allow the practitioner to experience the feeling of Chi (energy) and teach you how to work with that energy.
